Villa Pez is new and architect designed, it is contemporary in design and beautifully furnished throughout to a very high standard. Private landscaped gardens surround the pool and the outside dining area.

Owner terms
A 25% deposit is required by bank transfer to secure the booking with the balance payable by bank transfer one month before arrival.
A security deposit against damage or breakages is required by bank transfer one month before arrival. This payment will be refunded by bank transfer one week after your departure providing the villa is left in a clean condition with no breakages or damage.
