Situated on different levels the house has five terraces that give amazing views over Ibiza, the sea and the Port.
An enormous living room is bright and cheerful, has lots of seating and dining areas and has two windows offering incredible views. Newly decorated with brand new good quality soft furnishings and accessories, the house is of a very good standard.
There are four bedrooms with a possible fifth on an open plan mezzanine level above the living room, two have en suite bathrooms.
This house will suit anyone wanting plenty of space, a fantastic location right in the heart of Ibiza Town and incredible views!

Owner terms
We require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure the booking with the balance payable 30 days before your arrival.
A refundable security deposit is also required, which will be refunded upon departure provided the house is left in a clean condition with no damage or breakages.
