"Ibiza Nueva" is considered one of the best developements on the island, situated in the prestigious surroundings of Paseo Maritimo, just a few minutes on foot from Marina Botafoc with it's numerous restaurants, bars, boutiques not forgetting Ibiza's famous nightlife, discothèques Pacha and El Divino are conveniently situated within a 3-5 minute stroll.
In the summer months you can catch a boat from the Marina or El Divino to the old town.
Ocean Drive, Pacha Hotel and the exclusive 5 Star 'Leading hotels of the World' Gran Hotel are 3-5 minutes away.
Talamanca beach is only a few minutes away on foot, with an array of bar/restaurants along the beach.
The apartment is modern in design, and is furnished to the highest standard, attention has been paid to every detail, to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay.
There is a spacious living room with dining area leading to the large terrace approx 30m2 with a 3m white carved wood table and chairs, when you finish your outdoor dining you can retire to the Terrace's Lounge area.
The three bedrooms are all fitted with cherry wood wardrobes the Master bedroom is equipped with a super king sized bed, second bedroom is arranged as a twin (although the bed's can be put together if desired to make a superking), third bedroom is a double.
Both bathrooms are of highest quality, modern and stylish, fully tiled. Master en suite bathroom has a bath/shower and the second bathroom is a shower room.
The communal parts of the building are equally impressive there is a large swimming pool with wood decking and immaculate private garden.
This flat is equipped for a maximum of SIX people.
