Brand new for 2007. Designed by an architect, it is contemporary in design and beautifully furnished throughout to a very high standard. Private landscaped gardens surround the pool and the outside dining area with BBQ.
A unique feature of this villa is the master bedroom with king size bed and walk in dressing room, the large bathroom is open plan and has an oversized bath overlooking the pool, town and distant sea views.
The location couldn't be better, within a quiet residential area and just a couple of minutes stroll into the centre of St Eularia with its restaurants, shops and of course, beaches.
The villa is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in a stylish villa in such a convenient location. It is rare to stay in a villa and not have to drive and hire a car!
The villa sleeps 8 but there is a possibility to use an extra bedroom in the basement, to sleep a total of 10.
